Your data
Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data the yeshuabo.com website collects, what it is used for, who it is shared with and what your rights are. It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
The website is not intended for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The person responsible for the personal data processed on this website is Daniel Ferreira da Rosa (DANYAHU), an individual and the author of The Restored Truth.
For any matter concerning your data, contact him directly:
- Email: verdaderestaurada@yeshuabo.com
- WhatsApp: +55 51 99776-2345
2. What data we collect
When you buy the e-book or the audiobook
- Your name and email, which you provide before paying.
- Your choice about receiving studies and news by email, with the date and time. This box is optional and unchecked by default.
When you buy the physical book
- Full name, CPF (Brazilian taxpayer number), email and, if you choose to provide it, phone number.
- Delivery address: postal code (CEP), street, number, additional details, neighborhood, city and state.
In any purchase
- Order number, product, amount, date and payment status.
- From Mercado Pago, we keep only the payment result: the payment number, its status, the payment method and type, the amount, the approval and last-update dates, and the payer's email.
- We do not keep the IP address, the CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian tax numbers), the bank details or the card details that Mercado Pago receives from the payer: they stay with Mercado Pago only.
Orders placed before November 2, 2026 may contain additional data sent by Mercado Pago, such as the payer's IP address, tax number and bank details, until they are cleaned up.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, social media or email
- Whatever you send us: profile name, phone number (on WhatsApp), email address and the content of your messages.
When you browse the website
- The website has no sign-up, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.
- The hosting company records technical data about each visit, such as the IP address, date and time, page visited and type of browser. This happens on virtually every website.
- To display the pages, your browser fetches the website's fonts from Google Fonts and the thumbnail of the introduction video from YouTube. As a result, Google receives your IP address and information about your browser.
3. What we use your data for
- Processing the payment: Mercado Pago confirms the payment and tells us the result.
- Delivering the product: enabling the download of the e-book or audiobook and keeping the link working so you can download it again whenever you want.
- Sending the purchase emails: the confirmation with the download link and, when the file fits in an email, a second email with the file attached.
- Shipping the physical book: preparing the package, mailing it and, if needed, contacting you to confirm the address.
- Meeting tax obligations: keeping the sales records required by law.
- Assisting you when you contact us.
- Only if you allow it: sending studies and news about the work by email.
- Keeping the website online and secure: this is what the technical access data is for.
We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for profiling or to show ads.
4. Legal bases
The LGPD only allows personal data to be used when there is a justification provided for in the law (art. 7). We use these:
- Performance of a contract (art. 7, V): to process the payment, deliver the product, send the purchase emails, ship the physical book and answer your questions about the order.
- Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II): to keep the sales records required by tax law.
- Consent (art. 7, I): to send studies and news. You can withdraw your consent at any time, with no effect on your purchase.
- Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX): for the technical access records, which keep the website working and protected against abuse.
5. Who we share data with
We share only what is necessary with those who help make the purchase work:
- Mercado Pago: processes the payment. It receives your name and email to fill in the checkout; you provide the payment details directly to it.
- Resend: sends the purchase emails. It receives your email, the product name and the order number.
- HostGator: hosts the website and the order records.
- Cloudflare: forwards to this website anyone who visits the old address yeshuabo.site. In that case, it receives the IP address and information about the browser.
- Titan: hosts our mailbox, which receives a notice for each sale, with the order details, and the messages you send us.
- Correios (the Brazilian postal service) or another contracted carrier: receives your name and address to deliver the physical book.
- Google: provides the website's fonts and the YouTube video.
- Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook): when you choose to contact us through these apps.
- Public authorities: when required by law or by a court order.
International transfer. Some of these services are located outside Brazil: Resend, Google, Meta and Cloudflare are in the United States, and the hosting, the email service and Mercado Pago may use servers in other countries. These transfers are necessary to fulfill the purchase you made (art. 33, IX, of the LGPD), and each service follows its own data protection rules.
6. How long we keep data
- Orders and the emails about them: for the period required by tax law, generally 5 years. After that, we keep only what is necessary for your download link to keep working.
- Permission to receive studies and news: until you ask to stop.
- Support conversations: for as long as needed to resolve your request.
- Technical access records: for the period set by the hosting company and by law.
7. Your rights
The LGPD (art. 18) gives you the right to:
- confirm whether we process your data;
- access your data;
- correct incomplete, wrong or outdated data;
- request the deletion of your data;
- receive your data in a format you can take to another provider (portability);
- know who we share your data with;
- withdraw your consent to receive studies and news.
How to ask: send an email to verdaderestaurada@yeshuabo.com or a message on WhatsApp +55 51 99776-2345. We may ask for some information to confirm that the request is yours. We reply within 15 days.
Some data must be kept because of tax obligations, even if you ask for deletion; in that case, we explain why. If an order's data is deleted, its download link stops working.
If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
8. How we protect your data
- The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS) on every page.
- The order records are kept in folders with no public access from the internet.
- Access to the hosting control panel and to the mailbox is restricted to the person responsible and protected by a password.
- The payment takes place on Mercado Pago's platform, and we never see your full card number.
No system is completely immune to failure. If a security incident occurs that may put you at risk, we will notify you and the ANPD.
9. Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set cookies. It keeps only two pieces of information in your browser's local storage, and neither of them identifies you:
vr_order: the number of a purchase in progress, to show the payment result if you return to the website before finishing. It is deleted when the payment is approved or after 72 hours.vr-lang-hint-closed: remembers that you closed the suggestion to view the website in another language.
You can delete this information at any time by clearing the website's data in your browser.
The introduction video uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode: the player only loads when you tap the video. From then on, YouTube may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
We currently use no visitor analytics or advertising tools. If we ever start using them, this section will be updated beforehand, stating which ones, what they are for and how to refuse them.
